IUG 2025 Conference

IUG will not call potential attendees about registration by telephone. Any potential calls are phishing/spam attempts.

Registration Important Dates:

• Registration now open
• Early Bird Ends: January 15, 2025

• Early Bird: $450
• Regular: $550
• Late/on-site: $700
• Pre-conference: $100 full-day sessions, $50 half-day sessions, and the hackathon is free. 
• Single Day:
  • Thursday: $250
  • Friday: $275 (includes lunch)
  • Saturday: $250

• If you are a presenter whose presentation was accepted, check your email for a discount code BEFORE you begin registration
• $50 per person discount on groups of 5 or more! 
  • You must register all members at the SAME TIME.
  • Use the discount code GROUP during registration.

• Use this form for cancellation requests and refunds.
  • No phone or voicemail cancellations accepted
• $50.00 cancellation fee for refunds requested by February 28, 2025.
  • Full refund on optional meal costs or pre-registration fees if requested by February 28, 2025.
• AFTER February 28, 2025, refunds are 50% of total registration fee.
• All refunds processed within 20 days post-conference.

The IUG Steering Committee; the Polaris ILS Advisory Committee; and Innovative, part of Clarivate, are excited to announce that a limited number of conference scholarships are available exclusively for IUG members. These scholarships will cover the cost of registration and up to four nights’ accommodation at the conference hotel. Please note that travel and other expenses must be covered by the attendee or their organization.

To ensure a smooth journey from Denver International Airport (DEN) to the Denver Marriott Tech Center, consider the following transportation options:

• RTD A Line Train and Light Rail: The Regional Transportation District’s A Line provides a direct rail link from DEN to downtown Denver's Union Station. From Union Station, you can transfer to the light rail system, which provides convenient access to the Denver Tech Center. Trains on the A Line depart every 15 minutes during peak hours, and a one-way fare to Union Station is $10.50. Plan for additional time and fare for the transfer to the Tech Center.Information on the schedule and buying tickets can be found here.
• Uber and Lyft: Both services offer direct, door-to-door rides from the airport to the Denver Marriott Tech Center. Designated pickup areas are located on Level 5, Island 2, outside doors 506-511 (east side) and 507-512 (west side) of the terminal, with fares varying by distance and demand.
• Shared Van Services: For a budget-friendly option, shared van services offer rides to various destinations in the Denver area, including the Tech Center. These can be pre-booked, and designated pickup points are available at the airport. More information can be found here.
