2006 IUG Member Registration Details

Here are a few things to remember to help make your registration go smoothly. Please read through before proceeding to online registration. You may also want to check the preliminary program (when available) for scheduling and descriptions, especially for pre-conference events.

  1. Please be sure to check the IUG Membership Roster for your institution's IUG member number before you start to register. Your institution's 2006 membership dues must be paid and recorded in order to qualify for the member rates. Please note that your institution's IUG member number is NOT the same as your institution's Innovative CSDirect library ID (site code). If you do not know your CSDirect library ID, please contact your site coordinator or the Innovative Help Desk.
  2. The initial screen of the registration form requires you to enter your e-mail address and to select a payment type (check or credit card) and whether you are registering for the main conference and, if applicable any pre-conference events, or just registering for pre-conference events on Friday, May 19.
  3. The next screen asks for your personal information and IUG member ID and Innovative site code. Please note that required fields are “starred” in red (*)
  4. The third screen prompts you to register for the main conference, optional pre-conference events, public library/law users group luncheons, and to accept the cancellation policy.
  5. The last screen prompts you for payment type. If paying by check, a copy of the invoice available at the end of the registration steps MUST accompany payment.  The payment instructions appear at the bottom of the invoice when printed, many times ending up on a second page.  Be sure to print all pages.  Credit card payment (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) requires no further action on your part.
  6. When you finish your online registration, you will receive an e-mail indicating that you completed the registration process. If you believe that you have completed all the registration steps and do not receive an e-mail within 24 hours, contact Kathy O’Gorman at Kathy@innovativeusers.org

IUG Attendee Search Form

You may search the list the currently registered conference attendees at:

Please keep the search simple, such as last name only or first and last name.  The "Company" field is interpreted as Institution.  Use one or two words in this field and add "*" as a way to deal with variations.

Results may be sorted by name, city, institution [as entered], or email. Please note the state sort, while listed, does not function properly given the mix of US and non-US entries. Sorting by city is the best geographic sort possible at this time. A list of attendees will be included in your conference bag, with a final list posted on the conference page at the conclusion of the conference.

Please note that if you want a vegetarian lunch at any of the meal functions that you will need to check the boxes provided. The Innovative Law Users Group is subsidizing a portion of the ILUG luncheon cost.
