I am not having success trying to find any/all bibs that have the local notes field (MARC 590) in our system. I tried BIBLIOGRAPHIC MARC Tag 590 not equal to " " (blank space), but that's giving me records that do not have 590s as well as those that do. We are looking at whether to suppress that from our public display, but wanted to first see how many are just notes about who the selector was versus useful information (item is shelved at X). Any ideas what I'm doing wrong/how to structure the query in Create Lists (not SQL)?

Are you typing an actual space in the value? I have always done this with nothing in the ValueA field, it displays as "" (quote marks next to each other without a space between them). This works for me, I only get records with a 590 field.

I ended up using the suggestion to use BIBLIOGRAPHIC MARC Tag 590 greater than " " (and made sure to put in blank space and hit Return/Enter now that we're on Sierra 2.2.0_6) and it worked like a charm!

Thanks to all who responded!
