One of our staff prepared the bills to be sent this morning (we print them out and mail them). She forgot to check the box "Do not clear" and subsequently they failed to print to her selected printer. She believes there were at least a half dozen that should have been sent. I tried running a list of patrons where the patron record was updated today and the items were due 1 month prior and got nothing. If instead I choose items have status billed, I get some, but not the folks she remembers seeing in the print queue. Any ideas what query I should use (in Create Lists) to find this information?
