Hello Sierra users,

First a quick that this Saturday the Idea Lab is scheduled to be upgraded to the latest version of the Spigit software it runs on. These release will bring with it a number of new features, including a global site search, a compact idea browse view, and the removal of down votes. You can see a fuller list in my prior Idea Lab update from July 22nd.

Now as always you have all been hard at work submitting new ideas to the site, and a few of those ideas need just a bit more support to graduate:

Alerts for when indexing stop
Calendar view in scheduler
Edit history of patron record in Sierra
Enable libraries to define what item statuses cannot be requested in the SDA
Give scheduler the ability to email the results file

New to Idea Lab? Idea Lab is designed to allow you to submit, discuss, and vote on ideas to improve Sierra and Polaris. Anyone at any Innovative library may participate in Idea Lab. See in the information on how to create an Idea Lab account on our FAQ page: https://www.innovativeusers.org/enhancement/idea-lab-faq
