Does anyone have any ideas about this? A patron said she didn't get her hold pickup call from Teleforms. I saw in the log that Teleforms delivered it (machine answer), though the call only lasted about 10 seconds, much shorter than our message. I arranged another call from Teleforms and listened in as it played, and the same thing happened. The voice mail greeting sounded normal, and the call was cut off again after about 10 seconds. I called the patron a moment later and she said the phone didn't ring for the Teleforms call and she didn't get a message. I talked with her later and she still hadn't gotten the message.

In the Teleforms log, I see a number of calls that say "machine answer" that have very short call times of various lengths, some as short as 1 second. That seems weird, but I haven't looked into any of these.

I haven't heard any other complaints about people not getting their calls.

I wonder if our Teleforms calls to that patron are somehow being blocked, possibly as robo-calls.

Any thoughts?
