My library recently upgraded from Sierra 3.1 to 4.3. For the most part the upgrade went well, but the search box on our library homepage did not fair as well. We can still use it, but the formatting is not correct. It used to be a box with 3 tabs along the top for EDS, articles, and the library catalog. Now the tabs do nothing and the 3 search boxes are all listed one after the other.

I tried submitting a ticket, but the suggestions made so far have not fixed the problem. I attached a picture of what it should look like, and you can see what it currently looks like at https://library.ecok.edu/. Has anyone experienced something like this?
