In the last week or so, since the "upgrades" to Serials Solutions E Journal Portal, searches from our online catalog die after we get to the portal. When a patron clicks on the link in the portal, they get a message that there is insufficient data to connect them to the resource.

Serials Solutions is blaming this on the modifications made to the url for the proxy server (0- and our server name) and want us to take it out. But the urls for open access materials work fine, even with the proxy.

Is anyone else having this problem? What is your customer service rep telling you is the problem?

Any info. would be deeply appreciated.
