So I have tried printing the WAM forward table to email, but the result is so mangled by excess cr/lf (it desperately wants to stick to narrow fixed-width columns) that I cannot reasonably massage it into a usable spreadsheet. Is there some other way to export the WAM forward table such that it isn't so mangled by bizarre formatting? Has anyone dealt with this before?

You should be able to copy it and paste it in to Excel. Someone (probably Beth Juhl) told me this a while ago and it has changed my life. My skin cleared up, I lost 10 lbs, and I started having more energy.

Yes, it turns out you can copy and paste! However, you have to use keyboard commands to copy, because if you choose Copy in any of the menus it simply duplicates all the selected entries in the table.
