Since last Monday (3/19/2018) we've had reports that some staff members are receiving Jar Errors "Could not find xxxnnn.jar" when launching the Millennium SP3 client over our campus wireless network -- a different file name each time, so it's rather random which jar file it fails to find. This is happening on both Windows7 and Windows10 laptops. Deleting the jarcache directory does no good. This is affecting more than a few staff users who need to connect via WiFi and it also appears not dependent on which client module is first launched -- for me, it's Admin; for others, Cataloging or Circulation. Occasionally there is success after repeated attempts. Disabling the Windows firewall doesn't help, there are no firewall logs of those requests getting rejected, and our rules allow access to the relevant ports; we're waiting for word from campus IT on any changes on their side.

We've submitted a ticket to III, but if anyone else has experienced this recently and has ideas/solutions, that would be helpful.

Hi Eileen,
You mentioned this is happening on WiFi, What if you plug one of those laptops to wired network for testing? do you get the same results?
