This just bit us, too. As I understand it, the ecommerce update has not been
incorporated into 2009A. So if you updated ecommerce, then install 2009A,
you have to have the ecommerce update installed again.

This may not be the answer, but I know the fix for the merchant account was
different for the 2009a release. You may need to request the interim fix.

Hi everyone,
I just upgraded to R2009A and now our online credit card application takes
15 minutes to come up on the webpac and once it does, and someone enters
credit card information it takes 20 minutes for the transaction to go
through.
Innovative helpdesk is working on it.
Did anyone else experience this?
