We appear to have a problem with holds that patrons place online
themselves. When we place holds at the Circulation Desk, the default

NOTE
If you want your system set up to automatically include a
Not-Needed-After date when patrons place holds in the OPAC or WebPAC,
fill out the Request Worksheet and contact Innovative.
