Re: [IUG] Self-Issue and Fines Payments Kiosk

I am curious what exactly you have with 3M and what you have with III. Do you have a 3M self check or III Express Lane?

Is the kiosk hooked up to a computer loaded with III or to a 3M self check?

Are charges paid with a debit/credit card? Smart chip card?

Just trying to understand how this all works. We have 3M express checks and have been wanting customers to be able to pay while they were using express check if they found out they could not check out because of fines.
I had heard 3M was working on things but not that things were 100% available.

Hi

Just to let you all know that our 3M Fines Payment Kiosk is working very
smoothly with Millennium after we upgraded to R2007 1.1. I've now got a
separate stats group in Millennium for fines paid via the Kiosk and this
allows us to keep track of how it is being used and how much is being
paid either daily, weekly or monthly as I thought this might be useful
for auditing purposes.
