[IUG] Interlibrary loans feature removed

We are in version 2007  1.1    This regarding behavour in Millennium
Interlibrary loan module:    I have just discovered that option no. 3 on
UPDATE in pendings file has disappeared.  It was very convenient to be able
to update a pending item with "returned on" (option number 3)  
For different reasons you sometimes don't want to receive an item.  For
example in case you get the wrong book or you discover that the patron
doesn't need it any more. You didn't have to click through the whole
procedure of receiving the book and then return it.   You could just choose
"returned on" .   
You got the information that the item was requested by patron p. ... .   You
would choose "override" and just return the item, which would subsequently
be moved to "filled"    
 
When asking Innovative about this, they answer as this feature is not
mentioned in the manual, the feature should be considered as a bug. 
 
Is there anyone else that have noticed the disappearing of this feature in
version 2007?
 
Innovative says that I should ask for an enhancement to get this feature
reinstalled.
 
For me this is like when the terrain does not correspond to the map, follow
the map!
