That may be one piece of it. I also found out that our IT folks replaced our spam filter server
-- without telling us, of course -- and the custom rules (of which I had a number) did not import,
so I'm suddenly adding things back in again. I think I have this listserv covered totally now.
Thanks for the info.

Giles,
The list software is now running on a different server. It's possible
that the IP address of the old server had been whitelisted in your spam
filter but the new one's not (the new one is 128.121.122.41). If you
can't whitelist the server, there's probably something else you can do
to keep the messages from going into your spam folder, like maybe an
autofilter rule in your email software that messages with [IUG] in the
subject line always go in your inbox or into a special folder. I'll be
glad to help you figure this out if you want, or maybe someone else out
there has some other suggestions.
There have been a couple of recent problems with the archive not being
updated. I posted a message about one of them a few days ago, and then
there was a minor one yesterday that's ok now. I'm going to keep an eye
on it.
The transition to a new server has been pretty smooth, thanks to the
hard work of many people (not including me - I didn't have to do
anything :-). Thanks for everyone's patience with the couple of archive
glitches.
Phil
