Hello,
I was updating some routings when a few routing records locked. When I try to update one of the locked routing records, I get an error message "Routing Action Unseccessful: Routing record busy." The records have been locked now for a few days now.
Has anyone experienced this? I couldn't find anything about this on the list serv or in the manual.
The routing record cannot be free using the "Free record in use" command. Is there any other way I could try to free the record?
Any help would be appreciated.
