We print out "statement of charges" individually by choosing [Move to Print Queue], then [Send Notices].

Here's another "we do this in INNOPAC, can we do it MilCirc" question.

We did find "statement of charges" under Notices. One thing that's available in INNOPAC but we couldn't find in MilCirc is the ability to sort by zip code. The circ people say that using this option puts the notices in numerical order according to their campus mail box numbers.

The next thing we couldn't figure out was out to print each person's statement on a separate page. We tried choosing "print" but we got a list of all of the items with charges. The old way, when they choose "print" it prints out one page for each patron, which then can be folded and placed in a window envelope.

Is it possible to print the statements of charges from MilCirc so that we get the nice-looking statements we get when we prepare & print them from the INNOPAC?

Thanks again for any help.
