Hi-
We use the Millennium ILL module, Clio, and OCLC... and I'm not thrilled about all of it. We use Clio and not just OCLC because we regularly ILL with local public libraries who are not in OCLC (they call or email us with requests). It works OK. Clio has it's difficulties, and we are very excited about the upcoming update to Clio that will make it fully functional with Access 07 (Clio runs off of MS Access.) Overall, it does what we need it to do, I guess that using all three programs (since they each do slightly different things, but many of the same) means a lot of overlap and it seems convoluted.
I am interested in Illiad but have no experience with it and would be interested in hearing from someone using it in conjunction with both OCLC and Millennium. I am also interested in how ILL depts. Structure their workflow without the ILL module, since it seems to have a lot of quirks.
Please feel free to contact me off-list with more specific questions.
Thanks,
- Amelia

We are looking to improve our ILL workflow. We currently use OCLC
Firstsearch and manually re-enter everything into Millennium. We are
looking at ILLiad and Clio.
Can anyone offer their experience with these products?
As always, many thanks
