Thanks, Bob. I was a bit in panic mode and I think we solved the
problem after I sent the message. We reloaded some pages including the
pverify_web.html and that may have solved the problem. Judy

...unless you have a 2 or a 3 as the second value of your my_webpac
wwwoption (Multnomah's is 2), in which case pverify_web is used for
all actions requiring patron verification.
I can't duplicate the problem, but it looks like your
pverify_web.html file starts with a head element, then a body
element, then the toplogo, which generates html, head, and body
elements which are then invalidly placed in the generated
page. Before going any further in your troubleshooting efforts, I'd
make sure the HTML is in good shape first. Bad HTML can cause all
sorts of problems.
