Hi
I wondered if anyone is successfully using the Birth Date field along
with the Age Range field in the Loan Rule Determiner Table to exclude
lending to a specific range of users on 3M Self-Issue machines (or any
other suppliers' Self-Issue machines)? For example, I'm testing using
them together to disallow under-18 year olds from borrowing over-18 DVDs
and I can get it to work while in Millennium Circulation mode but it
won't work on our Self-Issue machines - my test DVD won't issue at all
on them, even to users with no birthdate in that field or a birthdate
over 18years. I must be missing something but it looks like, if the
system has to check the birthdate, it can't issue on a Self-Issue machine?
Any help would be appreciated!
