[IUG] ILS and Open Archives Initiative Protocol for Metadata Harvesting

I wonder how soon ILS vendors will adopt OAI-PMH.
 
It is becoming more and more demanding to have our library catalog OAI-PMH compiant.
 
In that area, we have questions:
 
1- Can we export from OCLC OAI-PMH records into our non-OAI-PMH compliant catalog?
2- Can others harvest our records to their OAI-PMH compliant sites?
3- Can we establish our OAI Static Repository and an OAI Static Repository Gateway?
