Hi Katrina,
It prompted the information in pop-up windows before displaying the section
where I entered my phone number (take a look at the screenshots).
I am using firefox (version 3.0.1) on a Mac 10.5.4 (using Leopard). My
carrier is AT&T and the phone I am using is a Blackberry Curve.
The text message I got on my phone reads:
FRM:webmaster at jenkinslaw dot org
SUBJ:JAC Results
MSGUndefined
Call#Undefined, undefined
