Has any library used an open source tool to build and manage its site? What tool is the best: Drupal, Joomla, or Plone?

We're in the process of converting to a Drupal-based Web presence. Nothing to see at the moment, but we've been using it for a couple of years on our ITS site (over which I have editorial and publishing authority), which you can see at <http://its.lafayette.edu/>. Drupal was the choice mainly because the Web apps guy was already familiar with it.

What I like about Drupal is that it makes it easier to manage little bits (like our 900 or so records e-resources database, currently running on an old FileMaker Pro box). What I don't like about Drupal is that if you're comfortable with managing a Website using less structured tools, then Drupal---and probably any other CMS---can drive you absolutely nuts.
