We have started to get complaints from WebTV users since we upgraded to
R2007 last week (we're not using the 2007 screens yet either).  These
users didn't have problem previously and we had SSL before and after.
We're puzzled.

However, we've also had a major uptick in patron's not being able to
access their accounts from other platforms as well since R2007 was
installed.

Is there any library getting trouble accessing the catalog using MSN TV2

We have a customer using MSN TV2 reporting she cannot logging into their
Library Account.
 
Houston Public Library is on R2007 and WebPAC Pro. We are not using
WebPAC
Pro 2007 screens.
Are these pages compatible with WebTV products?
