[IUG] MSN TV2 and WebPAC

Hello IUG,
 
Is there any library getting trouble accessing the catalog using MSN TV2 (
http://www.msntv.com/pc/ <http://www.msntv.com/pc/>  ) ?
We have a customer using MSN TV2 reporting she cannot logging into their
Library Account.
 
Houston Public Library is on R2007 and WebPAC Pro. We are not using WebPAC
Pro 2007 screens.
Are these pages compatible with WebTV products?
