We had a lot of confused patrons wanting to pick up "available" books.

We added a link,  "What does the item status mean?" under the status column in the my library account.  http://library.alliant.edu/screens/patronview_web.html  (The page displays properly when patrons log in.  It just looks this way when you go to it directly.)

The link, http://library.alliant.edu/screens/help_status.html, just goes to a list of statuses.  It was easy to set up and it appears that we have less people trying to pick up books with the "available" status.
