[IUG] circ overrides log and notice history

I am relatively new to Millennium circulation and am researching two
questions:

First, is the circulation overrides log accessible through milcirc?  The
innopac manuals show this function as available from the Alter System
Parameters -> additional system functions menu, however it is not mentioned
in the Millennium manuals.  Is this functionaliy lost in Millennium?

Second, am I correct that their is no way to view a history of specific
email notifications sent to an individual?  It appears that the "notice
history" functionality described in the Millennium manual provides a record
of emails sent at a particular day/time/location, but provides no access to
the content of the notifications themselves.  It does not appear there is
any way to retrieve a complete record of email notifications sent to an
individual.  Is that correct?
