Mona, we do not have an automated system between Millennium and the cash register. We have our registered programmed to record all fines collected by cash, credit card and cat card. This way we can reconcile all fines collected for the day and balance the register according to the fines report we generate from Millennium.

Hope this helps.

Hi All,

Does anyone have any experience with coordinating the collection of fines
in Millennium with a cash register? We would like to collect the fines
and have the amount somehow register automatically so we can reconcile the
cash at hand with fines recorded in Millennium.

Thanks.

Peggy
