[IUG] Hold proceduure

We are looking at our holds procedures and have found that we really do not have a complete set of instruction for our staff. We would like to see what othe site have all ready in place. You can email me, off list, if you would be willing to share your documentation with us. We are really interedting in how u manage the hold shelfs especially the clear hold shelf.
