I tried to read the manual and find this out but I feel like a dog
chasing my tail because I am not sure how to search for it. Can anyone
give me a clue? Is there a way to find out where a fine originated from?
For example are Mobile Services department waive any fines that their
patrons accrue but they do not know how to figure out how to tell where
a fine originated from. Any suggestions?
