[IUG] Time to upgrade to R2007?

I am wondering how the upgrade took for those of you who have done it
from start to finish?  We are on Release 2006 1.3 running on a a Sun
Sunfire V240 with a 1 Ghz UltraSPARC(r) IIIi processor and 1024 Mb
memory.
