[IUG] Patron Reading History and PINS

We are getting ready to turn on Patron Reading History.  An issue around PINS has come up.  Some folks think that we should not turn on Reading History until we institute the use of PINS.
 
For those of you who have reading history enabled:

	Do you use PINS as well?

	If yes?  Why?  Is it related to Reading History?
*	
	If no, Why not?
