Subject: [IUG] Reading History Disclaimer

Using R2006, v. 1.3:

We are about to implement the Reading History option, but one question
we have it this: We want people to see the Disclaimer the first time
they click on Reading History and if they decide to Opt-In, to not see
it again. Is this possible?
