[IUG] Testing a change in hold process

Good Day,

Here is our situation.   The vast majority of our requests come through
the OPAC.   We currently are using item level holds.   We are planning
on switching to bib level holds for a variety of reasons.   We have a
test machine.

How would you go about testing the process?     I have some constraints.
The biggest is that we are all very busy so that it will be difficult
for me to get people to go in and test it.   Does anyone have a
procedure/methodology for the testing that I can use?  Something on the
order of testing all the patrons against all the items?
