Hi
We have FeedBuilder installed and have just started testing reading the feeds
with different Feed Readers and have encountered a lot of problems. For
example, we can read them using Firefox Live Bookmarks, IE7 and FeedReader but
our Web Page Expert has tried reading them with 3 different dedicated RSS
Software readers which rely on "well-formed XML" and they don't work.
I've seen similar problems reported on this list but can't find any mention of
Innovative having come up with a solution. I have opened a call with them but
wanted to ask you all if anyone has managed to overcome this?
