Well, actually it depends on your authorizations. I've just recently looked at this and if you have everyone authorized for List Administrator, then yes, that is true. But you can limit it by the authorizations (see page 100682 for more details).

Melody,
I am not quite sure what you mean by locking a review file but you can
assign ownership to a file. A specific user can use the own button in
create list to claim a file. No other users can edit the file. The
file is assigned to the user until it is released by the user. I am
sure you can find more about ownership of review files in the manual.
We use this feature at our library to make sure our featured lists are
not edited.

Hello -
Does anyone know if there is a way to lock a review file in Create
Lists? I would like to lock the review files that we use for our
featured lists so no one "accidentally" deletes a lists and uses it for
something else. Is this possible? We are on Millennium 2006 1.2.
