[IUG] WebPac Pro Upgrade Question

I'm having trouble finding the answer to this question on CSDirect, so maybe
someone on this list knows:

 

Our library is not using WebPac 2006. In order to upgrade to WebPac Pro, do
we *have* to be running WebPac 2006? Or can WebPac Pro be applied to an
older version of WebPac?
