Re-scope Authorities

I am ILS administrator at the U. of North Texas. We scope authority
records weekly using U > Scope Authorities. We currently have 511,000
authority records. Each time I run the scope, it takes over an hour
because it goes through all of the records in the system. (I can choose
to scope only some by alphabets, but cannot choose just new records.) I
understand the importance of having all authority records scoped. I am
wondering if requesting an enhancement for it to be done automatically
has been considered before. Document ID for this function is # 101276.
