RE: Inhouse OPAC vs. Remote OPAC?

I also thought about scoping as a solution but depending on where links
are embedded you may not be able to achieve what you are asking for.

In order for scoping to control whether links are offered or not based
on the user's scope, URLs will have to be in checkin records or you may
have to have separate bib records for print and online versions of any
title if you have both versions.

I don't know offhand if it is possible to use scoping to control the
appearance or otherwise of WebBridge links (or Syndetics links) in the
OPAC as we are not offering these facilities to our patrons. It should
be easy not to offer MetaFind to inhouse OPAC users as the MetaFind menu
is completely separate from the OPAC.
