RE: Enhancements to "View outstanding holds"

Hi everyone,

I have the following enhancement suggestions and wonder if anyone else finds
them a problem?

1.	MilAcq. Invoice lines not scrolling when paying long invoices. You
currently have to use the scroll bar to bring up 4 or so empty lines to
continue.

2.	MilAcq. Ability to wand in order numbers from order slips in rapid
update. Currently only able to do this in search and invoice processing.

3.	MilSer. Ability to create new card using old parameters when
archiving checkins. Currently, you must extrapolate if you want to use the
old parameters which means that you then get all the abnormal (or normal -
depending on your view!) serial variations from the old card extrapolated
onto the new card when MilSer tries to predict the pattern for future
issues. Innovative suggests using Create New Card but this means that you
then have to re-key the parameters.

4.	MilSer. Claim note from previous claimed item deleted automatically
when selecting Next record in the claims function. Currently, if you add a
note in the notes field when claiming, this note then carries over to the
next and consecutive records unless it is deleted manually.

Kris & Co,

The suggested enhancements that Kris has listed would all be great. Does 
III say anything about when they might add hold enhancements?

It would also be nice if we could make a list of holds placed via the 
online catalog (=patron-placed holds) vs. placed on millennium circulation 
by staff. At our institution, staff place holds only when we have called 
another branch and they have retrieved the item and are defineitely sending 
the item, so both the patron and staff know that the item is supposed to be 
arriving and nothing further needs to be done.
