Subject: Abrupt change in LZ z39.50 access-are we alone?

Good day,
One of our consortium libraries reported, and I have replicated, the
following subsequent to the installation of the latest upgrade: Until now,
title, author and ISBN searches all worked fine in the LC database via
z39.50 for guicat. Subsequent to installation of the latest release, ISBN
still works, but any other search runs for a moment and then returns an
unsupported search message. Is anyone else seeing this? Does anyone have a
suggestion regarding a fix for it? All suggestions gratefully accepted.
Regards,
John Clark
