Thanks, Tirzah, but there was a typo in David's message.  We are using JRE
1.4.1, not JRE 1.1.1.

Is this the only error you are getting?  We are on Phase 3 and  
Millennium 1.4.1_02, which came is the new Millennium client.  Uninstall 
all Java software and  Millennium.  Then install Millennium 1.4 which 
you get from CSDirect.  We found out using an older Java client causes 
problems.   In additional, make sure your video card driver is not 
conflicting.  On older models with Windows 98 and a certain video card, 
we were getting illegal operation errors.  We had to update the video 
drivers.  Now there are only a few problems left but not as much which 
we are still working out.  Email me if you have any questions.
