- Subject: special collection and archives
Instead of creating one single record for the whole collection of one
subject, one author, etc., my library is considering cataloging each
individual item in our special collection and archives which contains
mostly personal letters, paintings, and papers. Are there libraries
having been working this way with their special collections or archives,
especially with Innovative system? Would you kindly let us contact you?
We would like to take a look at your catalogs. Also, we appreciate it if
any of you have experience to share! We are very new in these two areas.
