Hello, Brian,

Thanks for your response! I got one reply to my email off list, but the
answer was similar to yours. We are using R. 2002 phase 2. It seems the
label still doesn't display. We now add the call number to the IDENTITY
field.

was wondering what software version you're running. III told us that
they 
could not display the label for the call no. field when we first asked
them 
to display call no. in the summary holdings box so we ended up with a 
display similar to yours. However, this changed in R. 2002 phase 2 so
the 
label now displays.
