Telephone Renewal versions?

Hello fellow IIIers,

Our library is on the cusp of making our new Telephone Renewal System available to the public.

Are there any other libraries out there who have noticed if there are any functional differences between the different (software) versions of TRS? We are using version 1,0,0,1 (this is the only version number available, and it is from the properties of the Telrenew executable file), copyright 1999. Is there a newer version of the software? III was unclear on this when we asked them about it.

While testing, we had noticed that patron records with more than a certain number of items (around 30) were failing to be accessed by the system. We informed III of the problem, and as of another test 2 days ago, the system appeared to access such records with no problem--however, III supposedly had not actually done anything to "fix" this, so it looks like a bug that resolved itself on its own (which means it could possibly recur on its own as well).

Any insight, shared experiences, suggestions, etc, would be greatly appreciated.
