FW: serials call # public display

Does anybody know what might be the reason for our strange serials check
in record public display (OPAC display)?  Why is it that the label for
call # won't show in OPAC? 

Here is an example: 

Identity          Paper
P 910 Na Location          HSU Bound Periodicals
LIB HAS          v.5:no.5(June/July 2003)

I think it should be displayed as:

Identity          Paper
Call #          P 910 Na 
Location          HSU Bound Periodicals
LIB HAS          v.5:no.5(June/July 2003)

Any input would be appreciated!!
