Thanks, Alma.  I have been assuming it was a Windows issue, but your last
statement makes me wonder.  I will pass your suggestions on to the tech who
reported the problem.

Make sure you have have XP Professional. Also you need to have the 
administrator rights on the PC. We have all our staff machines running 
XP and Millennium without any problem. I've been running XP for over a 
year.

If you can't install call the help desk.  There still might be some 
XP/Millennium issues that need to be addressed.  Last year during Beta 
testing we did identify one XP/Mil issues that III had not seen before.
