Gloria, I'm going to forward your message to Denise, the tech who posed the
question.  I had forwarded her e-mails discussing the admin rights issue and
am not sure why she felt that was not a factor.

After downloading Millennium to the desktop, as Admin, I am able to
search for and install .keystore and .java.policy on XP machines.  It
may be a security issue that is causing the problem.  Domain users need
"full rights" to run Millennium in an XP environment.

I didn't have any problems here installing Millennium on a computer
running 
XP--either via download from CSDirect or from a saved copy of said 
download.  Perhaps doing that and then copying the resulting files to
the 
additional computers would work?
