WAM Proxy New Rewrite Method

Hi,

	I am beginning to work on reconstruction of URLs for off-campus users 
using the new proxy rewrite method.  Has anyone been successful 
constructing a successful URL for Web of Science on isiknowledge.com?

	If anyone else has a list titles that still require browser configuration 
could you post them?
