Hi Carol,

We use Unique collection management as well - for over a year now.  We use them for collections AND for sending our bills.

We do not use the automated interface - the set up of our consortium and the way the interface works makes it currently impossible for us.

So, if you'd like to have someone talk about the lists we create, manipulate and e-mail to Unique, I'd be glad to do that.  Although, you never know, we could be on our way to the automated interface by then . . . .

If you've already got someone else, that's fine.  I printed the IUG list, intending to look for something I could do, but it's still buried in the pile somewhere!!
